- Dial the number of the handset to which you would like to transfer the call.
- If the handset dialled is answered, you can have an internal conversation.

Press the Line key and the outside call is transferred.

- If the handset dialled is ‘NOT ANSWERING’, press the 'INT' key to speak to

the outside caller again.

4.26. Barring outgoing calls

You can program the handsets to bar calls to certain telephone numbers so
that for instance '00' international numbers cannot be called. Up to 4 numbers
(of max. 4 digits) can be barred.

To do this, do the following:
- Repeatedly press the Menu key until 'TELEPHONE' appears.
- Press the OK key.
- Repeatedly press the Menu key until ‘BS SETTINGS’ appears.
- Press 'OK' or ‘BACK’ to go back.
- Repeatedly press the Menu key until ‘DIAL CONFIGS’ appears.
- Press 'OK' or ‘BACK’ to go back.
- Repeatedly press the Menu key until ‘CALL BARRING’ appears and press

‘OK’.

- Enter the base unit PIN code (0000).
- Press 'OK' or ‘BACK’ to go back.
- 'CALL BARRED CBN XXXX' appears on the display.
- Enter the first number (max. 4 digits) or change the number and press

'ON/OFF' to activate or deactivate this barred number.

- Repeatedly press the Menu key to change the other 3 numbers or enter

them again.

- Repeatedly press the 'BACK' key to leave the menu.

Note: -These barred numbers are for all handsets.

-Barred numbers = Access numbers (See 4.30 PABX Code) cannot be barred!

4.27. Sequence of the handsets (only possible when a number of
handsets are subscribed)

All handsets will ring with an incoming call. You can have only 1 handset ring,
and the others ring after a delay:
- Repeatedly press the Menu key until 'TELEPHONE' appears.
- Press the OK key.
- Repeatedly press the Menu key until ‘BS SETTINGS’ appears.
- Press 'OK' or ‘BACK’ to go back.
