• P ress the Up button to go to the second digit.
• Repeat steps 1 and 2 to enter the complete number
• P ress the Mode/Call button to confirm and “RECORD NAME” is
shown on the display.
• P ress and hold the Set button.
• As soon as you here a beep, re c o rd your name in the microphone
( re c o rding time is 2 seconds per name).
• Release the Set button to end the re c o rding. The unit automatically
plays the re c o rded name as a final check.
4.5 To add a recorded name to different numbers
The same recorded name can be added to different phone numbers.
Make sure that the person’s number, whose name you want to
select, is shown on the display.
There are 2 ways to do this :
a) When his phone number has already been saved in the call list,
p ress the Up or Down button until the desired number is displayed.
b)When the phone number is not saved in the memory, press the
Mode/Call button until “ENTER NUMBER” appears on the display.
Then you press the Set button, the Up or Down button to enter
the desired telephone number. Press the Mode/Call button to
confirm.
• Press the Mode/Call button until “SELECT NAME” is shown on the
display.
• Press the Up or Down button until the desired name is being
announced out loud.
• Press the Set button briefly. On the display appears “SELECTION
DONE”.
