With your camera in PC mode, you can use it with the supplied
Visioneer Digital Camera Utility software to create videos and
snapshots directly on your computer.
To connect your camera:
1. Connect the small connector of the USB cable to the USB
port on the camera. See “Back View” on page 6 for the
position of the USB port on the camera.
2. Connect the large end of the USB cable to an empty USB slot
on your computer. To locate a USB slot, look for the USB icon
next to the connection slot.
3. Turn on the camera with the Mode dial set to PC.
Note: To use your camera as a PC camera, you must install the
software from the CD and setup your camera as new hardware
on your computer. See page 38 and page 40 for details.
Note: Before switching to and from PC mode, disconnect the
USB cable from your camera.
