ENTERING YOUR WEIGHT
Enter weight using Arrows and
press START. The Alphanumeric
Message Center window will dis-
play “Weight lbs. 150” to let the
user know what their Weight is.
After you press START the Matrix
will display a 3,2,1 count down
and “beep”. The belt will start after
the count down
