Nothing works

“LO” appears in
the temperature
display

Module is not connected to a
proper electrical circuit.

Fuse is blown or circuit
breaker is tripped.

No electricity to the module.
Module is in Lock mode.

Fryer module was started
with no oil.

Oil level is too low in the
fryer basin.

Have an electrician verify that the proper
voltage is being applied to the module.

Have an electrician replace the fuse or
reset the circuit breaker.

Have an electrician check the house
power supply. Unlock the control (see
page 8).

1) Press the CLEAR touch pad.

2) Add oil to the appropriate level.

3) Unlock the control.

4) Resume operation of the control.

After adding oil, the control may take
a few minutes to reset.
