Use this section when adding new accounts or changing account parameters.
Accessing the WebShare Management Interface
To access the Web browser management interface, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that your computer is turned OFF.
2. Verify that an Ethernet connection is established between your computer and the WireSpeed Pro .
3. Turn the WireSpeed Pro ON.
4. Turn the computer power
ON.
NOTE: Because the computer gets the IP address from the WireSpeed Pro, these steps ensure the WireSpeed Pro is turned
on before the computer starts.
5. After the operating system has completely loaded, verify that the Link indicator light on the top of the WireSpeed
Pro is steady green.
6. Click on the WebShare icon on the desktop.
The figure below shows the initial WebShare home page that contains no PPP accounts.
