2.2 Installing Join Me
Please install Join Me from the CD before connecting your phone to your PC.
• Insert the CD provided into your PC.
• The CD should auto-start after a few seconds.
• The installation shield will launch and guide you through the install set up.
• Please follow the prompts to install the software.
• When the installation is complete plug your handset into your PC using the USB cable
supplied.
• The USB cable is unique and should not be used for other devices (It is not the same as
digital camera leads).
• When you plug in the handset the PC will automatically install the drivers. If this fails
consult our website for more help or access Windows Device Manager to update the
drivers. See www.zte.com.au for instructions.
• If you have plugged your phone into your PC before installing the CD then the drivers will
not be installed correctly.
• Unplug your phone, un-install then re-install Join Me.
• Plug your phone back in and see if the drivers install. See
