Outgoing Calls
Sometimes you make a call but the person is not available.
These functions will help you in your attempts to establish contact
with the called party.
You can also make a call via the Phone Book, see section “
Local
Phonebook ” on page 47 and “ Central Phonebook ” on page 55.
Making Calls
Dialling while on hook z
Enter either a directory number to make an internal call.
Or: 0 z
Enter the digit(s) for external line access and the desired
public number.
Note: Which digit to press for external line access depends
on the configuration of the system.
The display shows the entered number, for example:
Ь Ы
Press when the number is correct
Your phone will go off hook and dial the number.
