6.6 MEDIA MANAGER
6.6.1 I
NTRODUCTION
The Media Manager tool is designed to give an overview of the database content,
to edit some media properties and to delete media files from the database and
from the storage server(s).
Note
Only items that are not used (not locked) in any user project and not
used to create virtual media and/or clip can be deleted; otherwise, an
error message will occur.
When you click the Media > Manager button, the Media Manager window is
displayed in the Work area.
The upper part of the Work area gives access to the different filters which can be
applied to the media list.
The element list displays the list of all media present in the database, or it returns
the result of a search applied to the list. Media items are displayed in columns.
