To create a new One-Shot scheduled ingest, proceed as follows:
1. Click the New Schedule command on the menu bar.
OR
Using the mouse, drag a block by clicking a recorder bar from the desired IN
point and moving to the left up to the desired OUT point
OR
Right-click a recorder channel in the Recorder Channels Status area and
select New Schedule from the menu.
2. The New Schedule window opens.
Enter a name in the Name field.
3. Select the recorder in the Schedule on area, and choose the checkbox for the
recorder (to generate a clip on the EVS video server) or the checkbox for the
stream (to generate a stream from the recorder).
4. Select a date in the calendar.
5. Set Start time / Stop time / Duration by entering data in two of the fields on
the One Shot tab. The third field is automatically calculated.
Note
The Repeat and Repeat Every tabs are explained below, see
sections 2.9.6 ‘How to Create a "Repeat" Ingest’ on page 33 and
2.9.7 ‘How to Create a "Repeat Every" Ingest’ on page 34.
6. Click the Mode Selector button to expand the New Schedule window and fill
in any desired information.

7. Do one of the following:
• Click the Save and Exit button to save your scheduled ingest and close the
window.
• Click the Save button to save your scheduled ingest and leave the window
open to program another scheduled ingest.
