Dana Service / Aftermarket Parts Warranty Coverage - U.S. and Canada Only
Warranty coverages for genuine Dana service / aftermarket parts, subcomponents, and complete components are as follows:
Product purchased as service / aftermarket parts, subcomponents, or complete components and installed outside of the
warranty coverage period.
•
Claims for service/aftermarket parts sold over the counter to a customer will be reimbursed for part(s) warranty.
•
Claims for service/aftermarket parts purchased at and installed by an authorized OE dealer will be reimbursed for part(s)
and labor.
Product purchased as service / aftermarket parts, subcomponents, or complete components and installed within of the
warranty coverage period. (See exceptions, notes, and definitions below.)
* Labor reimbursed for repairs performed per the OEM Approved Channel.

New, Exchange and Remanufactured Electronics
If a non-warrantable failure occurs during the Original warranty period (Standard or Extended) and the customer purchases gen-
uine Dana service/aftermarket parts to complete the repair; the warranty coverage period of the service/aftermarket parts shall be
one year from the date of installation. Remaining parts and subcomponents, which were not replaced at the time of the non-war-
rantable repair, shall maintain the coverage of the original warranty period.
