• Choose one of the two inputs of the VEGA-
MET signal conditioning instrument (VEGA-
MET 514V has only one sensor input) and
click to „
OK“.
After a few seconds, the menu window „ Cre-
ate new measurement loop - Sensor configu-
ration“ opens.
• Click in the menu window „ Create new
measurement loop - Sensor configuration“
to „
Sensor coordination“. The menu win-
dow „ Sensor coordination“ opens.
• Click to „
Sensor search“.
• Then click to „
Input“.
• Choose the serial number of the sensor to
which you want to allocate e.g. input 1.
• Confirm with „
OK“.
• Click in the menu window „ Sensor coordi-
nation“ again to „ OK“.
• Choose „
Standard level measurement“
and „
no options“.
• Click to „
Continue“ and the menu window
„ New application - Select measurement
loop“ opens.
• Choose the parameter (
„level measure-
ment“, gauge or distance) and the sensor
type (
„Pulse Echo“ for ultrasonic).
• Click to „
Continue“.
Create new measurement loop
• Choose the menu
„Configuration/Measure-
ment loop/New“ and you are in the menu
window „
Create new measurement loop -
Application“.
