3.2.4.7 Unbarring all the Calls

where:
<pwd> is the network password required to change facility status

+CME ERROR: 4 operation not supported, the
service required is not available Check command syntax

2.5.3.1) and signal strength.
+CME ERROR: 16 wrong network password check network password and
retry
