Your cover comes to you with a protective liner. Do not remove liner until final
installation.
1. Remove the two bolts holding in place the hood catch cross bar. (NOTE: IF YOU
WILL BE INSTALLING OUR HEADER PLATE BE SURE TO REPLACE THESE BOLTS
WITH THE SPECIAL FLAT BOLTS THAT ARE PROVIDED WITH YOUR HEADER
PLATE). Set bolts aside.
