Allows you to enable or disable Legacy USB device support.

EHCI Hand-off [Disabled]
This is a workaround for 0ses without EHCI. Ownership change should be claimed by EHCI
driver. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
Port 60/64 Emulation [Enabled]
This allows you to enable the I/O port 60h/64h emulation support. This should be enabled for
the complete USB keyboard legacy support for non-USB aware OSes. Configuration options:

USB hardware delays and time-outs
USB transfer time-out [20 sec]
The time-out value for control, bulk, and interrupt transfer.

Device reset time-out [20 sec]
