Very Important Safety Information

Always follow these rules to avoid bodily injury or
property damage.

To reduce risk of electric shock, con-
nect only to a properly-grounded
electrical circuit.

Risk of electric shock — this pump
has not been investigated for use in
swimming pool areas.

Before installing or servicing a
pump, check to see that the power
source is disconnected to avoid any
possible electrical shock hazard.
Also, make sure the electrical sup-
ply agrees with the motor wiring
and that the circuit is properly
grounded before operation.

Conformance with local and state
electrical codes is mandatory. If you
are ever in doubt, call a licensed
electrician or your local power com-
pany.

Dual-voltage models are factory
pre-wired for 115 volt operation
on 1/2 and 3/4 hp models and 230
volt on 1 and 1-1/2 hp models. For
all electrical connections, a separate
line with fused switch should be run
from the meter or breaker box and
properly grounded.
