The quoted measuring ranges are nominal measuring ranges that are

theoretically possible. In practice, real measuring ranges exist that are

given by the limits of photometric determination. The limits are signifi-

cantly influenced by the light scattering due to solids and the absorption

of accompanying substances (sample matrix). Therefore, no fixed

measuring range can be determined beforehand.
