2-8. Place one of the supplied AN-06 o-rings on the cutoff side of each of the four AN-06 unions.
2-9. Thread the four AN-06 fittings with the o-rings into the sides of the fuel pressure regulator. In the event your
installation is using utilizing only two supply lines from the regulator, Included in the kit are two AN-06 port plugs and
o-ring to be installed in the unused supply ports.
2-10. Place the crush rings on the Dual feed carburetor to AN-06 adapter fittings. Thread each of the four fittings into
each of the carburetor float bowls and tighten.
2-11. For the two AN-06 outlet fittings on the face of the regulator use one of the supplied 90-degree AN-06 hose ends
and one of the supplied AN-06 straight hose ends as a guide, measure the length of AN-06 steel braided line needed
to connect the regulator to the carburetor.
2-12. For the two AN-06 outlet fittings on the sides of the regulator use two of the supplied AN-06 90 degree hose ends
as a guide, measure the length of AN-06 steel braided line needed to connect the regulator to the carburetor.
2-13. Cut and assemble the four steel braided hoses and hose ends as shown in Section 3
2-14. Attach the fuel supply lines to the carburetor and tighten.
2-15. Once the regulator is installed, attach a suitable fuel pressure gauge to the 1/8 NPT port on the fuel pressure
regulator.
2-16. Ensure that any spilled gasoline and any gasoline soaked shop towels are cleaned up and removed from
the vicinity of the vehicle!
