Sending Your Fax to Multiple Recipients
To send your fax to multiple recipients at the same time, please follow the
preceding section to first set the SFax Hotkey (the Program button) to be
Broadcast.
To send your fax to multiple recipients,
1.
Place the single-page document on the flatbed or multi-page document on
the auto document feeder.
2.
Make sure the SFax Hotkey as been specified as “Broadcast” function.
3.
Press the Fax button on the control panel.
4.
Press the Program button and the LCD-display shows the following
information.
Broadcast
Enter Dest.
5.
Enter the fax number of your recipient. For example, 1234567.
Broadcast
1234567
6.
Press the Set button. The LCD-display shows “Broadcast Added” and then
indicates to enter another fax number.

Enter Dest.
Broadcast
Enter Dest.
7.
Enter another fax number of your recipient. For example, 56789999.
Broadcast
56789999
8.
If necessary, continue to add more fax numbers of your recipients. If not,
press the Start button to start scanning and faxing your document.
9.
If you place your document on the flatbed, the LCD-display will ask you if
you wish to scan next page.

10.
Press “2” to finish or “1” to continue scanning more pages.
