Canceling a Fax Job
To cancel a fax during scanning,
When the original documents are still scanning, press the Stop button to cancel
sending the fax.
To cancel a fax during waiting,
If you need to cancel a fax during waiting, you need to first print the ID number of
all the faxes in waiting.
To print the ID number of all the faxes in waiting,

Press the Menu button on the control panel. The LCD-display shows the
following Menu screen.

2. Press the Right-arrow button repeatedly until “9. Special Fax” appears.

Press WX, Set
3. Press the Set button and then press the Right-arrow button until “92. Mem.
Manage.” appears.

4. Press the Set button and then press the Right-arrow button until “Tx Job
List” appears.

5. Press the Set button. In a few seconds, the printer prints the transmission
job list which includes each Job number.
