Description: Set the mode or the value of the
Limit function.
Parameter:
<mode>: The value of mode is from 01 to 25.
<value>: The limit value is from 00000 to 11000.
Example:
CALC:LIM:MODE 01 ; Apply the settings of
the mode 1.
