Please note that Schreiber Engineering is not responsible for the following for
code compliance of this unit. End user must insure that operation of this module
will not violate any local plumbing or environmental codes.

The end user must also be responsible for providing a pressurized water line and
drain to the unit and that that line will supply the flow, pressure and temperature
required by the load. Schreiber Engineering is not responsible for failure of the
load due to inadequate backup water supply.

During normal operation the Chiller valves (Valves 1 and 3) are open and the city
water valves (valves 2 and 4) are held closed. In the event of either alarm contact
opening, the valve positions will alternate, shutting off the chiller supply and
opening the city water supply. The positions of the alarm contacts will also
change.

If the unit is in automatic reset mode, closing of the alarm contacts will cause the
module to reopen the chiller valves and close the city water valves.
