• Bürkert piezo-valves type 6520 may be connected to the terminals for
actuators. Observe polarity. More detailed instructions for connection and
operation of the valves are to be found in the PTB Test Certificate and in the
Operating Manual for the valves.

Two sensors are always allocated to a valve. The sensors report the end
position of a connected process valve. The inputs can also report other
process parameters independent of the valves (e.g. scraper end positions).
