Installation

Electrical connection

Before making the electrical connections, switch off the power

supply and secure to prevent reactivation!

Before starting up the controller, carefully make all the required

connections (see

Fig. 3: Pin assignment of the controller Type

1094 EV).

Make the following connections for the controller:
• Operating voltage 24 V DC.
• Output signals for the proportional valves Type 2832,

2832EV, 6022 for side 1 and side 2.

• Output signals for relays or contactors of the vacuum pumps

for side 1 and side 2.

• Frequency input signals from the gasoline pump computer for

side 1 and side 2.

• optional: Diesel input signals from the gasoline pump com-

puter for side 1 and side 2.

information to ensure that the controller functions perfectly!
There are no special requirements for the wire connections which
are to be used inside the gasoline pump, as the current or power
to be transmitted is very low. However, all output lines (valve
output and motor contactor output) should be shielded.

To ensure good contact between the electrical connections, all

the cables used must be provided with wire end ferrules.
