UPLOADING A CONFIGURATION FROM THE
MATRIX
1. If not already connected, connect the matrix to the computer with a
cross-over (null-modem) serial cable.
2. From the Start menu on the computer, navigate to ‘Clear-Com’, and
then to ‘Serial Uploader <version>’, and then to ‘Serial Uploader
<version>’ again to start the program.
The Clear-Com Serial Configuration Uploader dialog box appears
onscreen.

3. From the COM port drop-down list select the COM port to which the
serial cable is connected on the computer.
4. Click Upload to start uploading the configuration from the matrix.
