POSTIONING IN THE MOLD:

Caution: Do use an Air supply of more the 6 bar (90psi) or the PPVS will be damaged.

Caution: Too much application of silicon grease will prevent the PPVS being
pushed far enough into the universal insert to the lock position due to hydraulic
effect between the O-ring seals. If it is obvious that the unit will not fully insert
remove from insert and clean off excess grease from both the O-ring and PTFE
nose section and the mould universal insert before re-insertion.

Caution: This is being placed in a possible resin pressure zone of the production
mould which under certain circumstances could result in a PPVS being force up
and out of the insert if not locked in.

Position the PPVS-INFUSION upright at no more then a 45degree angle from vertical
and 80mm (3 inches) from the injection point - IVX3 or TAS. It is recommended
therefore when arranging the infusion film or building a reusable film that the universal
insert for the PPVS and the IVX3 or TAS are situated and laminated in as
recommended. Failure to follow this recommendation will simply result in either a too
sensitive signal response or too little response signal from the PPVS. In the later case
this could lead to over pressurization and pressure inflation of the film.
