To Adjust the Vacuum Activation Level:
1) Insert the 2.5mm Allen Key (6908) into
the adjustment screw on top of the valve.
2) Turn the adjustment screw clockwise
to lower the vacuum pressure (closer to
zero) required to activate the PPVS
3) Adjust the vacuum level to determine the
switching point of the PPVS.
4) Repeat this process to achieve the
desired switching point of PPVS.
Note: make sure the nut is secure on top
of the adjustment screw.
BLIND ADJUSTMENT:
The term “Blind adjustment” means that adjustment can be made without any reference
to the actual switching point of the PPVS-Infusion. In other words the user simply turns
the adjusting screw anticlockwise by a certain number of turns to make the PPVS more
sensitive (higher vacuum level) and clockwise less sensitive (lower vacuum level –
closer to zero).
