Output when the speed changes from slow speed to
high speed during speed change control mode. This
signal will be deactivated either by a reset input or the
next start input.

Speed High Output
Normally Open

Speed High

Output when the spindle Bypass switch is on. Spindle
will not run during this output.

Bypass Output
Normally Open

Bypass

Output when a spindle abnormal error occurs.
Indicates the system has detected a fault, and can no
longer proceed. The abnormal code is displayed with
LED's on the front of the axis unit. The abnormal
condition must be repaired and the reset signal must be
input before normal operation may proceed. Spindle
rotation stops immediately when an abnormal condition
exists.

Abnormal Output
Normally Open

Abnormal

Output when the controller is ready for operation. This
signal will be inactive (off) while busy, reset, abnormal,
bypass, and during power on initialization. Indicates
system is ready for operation and inputs are enabled.

Ready Output
Normally Open

Ready

Common used for outputs (0 VDC).

Output Common

Out Common

When active (on), this signal will reset an abnormal
condition. Some conditions, however, such as
abnormal power voltage or overheating, will not be
reset until the failure condition has been corrected.
The spindle will not run during a reset input.

Reset Input
Normally Open

Reset

When active (on), this signal will rotate the spindle in
the chosen direction as long as the signal is activated
(maintained on). The spindle will immediately stop if
the signal goes from "on" to "off".

Start Input
Normally Open

Start

Common used for inputs (+12~24 VDC).
