View Notebook Entries
With a notebook entry selected, touch the View button to display a
preview of the entry in report format.
Exit the preview by touching the Close button at the right of the dialog.
Create Reports from Notebook Entries
1. Select a report from the My Notebook Entries list.
2. Touch inside the Format control and selecting a format from the
pop-up.
3. Touch the Create Report button.
4. In the Create Report window, select a folder to contain the
report.
5. Touch inside the File name control, and enter a name using the
pop-up keyboard.
6. Click OK to create the report.
Email Reports
The E-Mail button automatically sends the report data to the account
you've specified in Preferences. See, E-Mail for more information.
More Actions
The More Actions button displays the Specific Entry dialog for the entry
selected notebook entry. Using this dialog is explained in Managing
Notebook Entry Data (on page 1) in the online Help.
