Delete Caller Specific Outgoing and Talking Caller ID Announcements

Make sure the phone is off (

is not

displayed).

Press U.

Use the softkey to select

DIR.

Select

ANS SYS.

To delete a Caller Specific Outgoing
Announcement, select

OUTGOING

— OR —
To delete a Talking Caller ID
Announcement, select

LOCAL.

Select

REVIEW. The screen displays the

first announcement.

Use < or > to display the
announcement you want to delete.

Select

OPTIONS.

Press >.

Select

DELETE. The announcement is

deleted, and the remaining
announcements are renumbered.
