Set to auto-range mode.
If it is in the auto-range mode, the command of :CONFigure:AUTo? Will
return the value of 1.
:CONFigure:RANGe?(query only)
Function:
Query the range of the present function, total 10 letters.
Syntax:
:CONFigure:RANGe?
Returns:
<String>
Examples:
:CONFigure:RANGe? might return “+3.0000E+2” to indicate the 300Ω
range, return unit is ohm.
:CONFigure:FUNCtion?(query only)
Function:
Return the present selected function.

Syntax:
:CONFigure:FUNCtion?
Returns:
<String>
Examples:
:CONFigure:FUNCtion? might return “OHM” to indicate the present
ohm function.

:CONFigure: RESistance 18 sets to ohm function and 30Ω range.
<NR2> is in ohm unit.
