1.1 HERMIT ® 3000 VS. THE VIRTUAL HERMIT ® AQUIFER TESTING KIT
Virtual HERMIT software, when combined with Level TROLL ® 700
instruments, mimics the pump test functionality found in the original In-Situ
HERMIT
® series of loggers. On the original HERMIT platform, up to 16
analog pressure transducers were connected to the HERMIT logger, which
both logged the data and provided the user interface, as shown in Figure 1.
