5. Remove the conductivity sensor using the removal

tool. Note the sensor's port location (port 4) for
reinstallation.

6. Remove the RDO sensor by pulling the connector out

of the TROLL 9500 body. Never remove the sensor by
pulling on the cable.

7. Reinstall all sensor port plugs.*

8. Reinstall the pH/ORP sensor and conductivity sensor.

Ensure both sensors are completely inserted.

9. Check all sensor ports. Never ship the TROLL 9500

with open sensor ports. *

10. Fill the Cal Cup with a small amount of Quick Cal

solution. Install the Cal Cup onto the TROLL 9500. *

11. Replace red dust caps on the RDO probe and TROLL

9500 connectors.

* All sensor ports should be occupied by a
sensor or port plug prior to shipping. 

DO NOT INSTALL THE CAL CUP 
WITH ANY LIQUID IN IT IF YOU
HAVE LOST PORT PLUGS

Liquid will enter and damage the instrument.

INSTRUMENT REPLACEMENT IF
YOU DAMAGE THE INSTRUMENT
