Troubleshooting
Current output is not
matched.
Range setting is wrong.
z Set the range correctly.
Not 4mA when
measurement value is 0.
Analog output is misadjusted.
z Perform analog output calibration.
Output is 0mA.
Break of wiring
Output rises beyond
20mA.
“OVER FLOW” appears on the LCD.
Range over
z Recommence setting of range data of
analog output.
The output becomes
lower than 4mA.
“UNDER FLOW” appears on the LCD.
Back flow
z Set upper/lower stream properly.
Indication is changed but
analog output remains
the same.
