INDICATOR SWITCH will illuminate and will remain lit as long as the power switch
is in the “

position.

Set “
H O L D ”
thermostat

to required holding temperature.
• HOLDING INDICATOR LIGHT will illuminate as the holding thermostat calls for heat.
This process will continue as long as the Power Switch is in the “
O N ”
position and holding
thermostat is activated.

Set “
C O O K ”
thermostat

to required cooking temperature.
4.
Activate the “
C O O K ”
thermostat to preheat the oven by turning the “
C O O K I N G ”
timer

clockwise.
• COOKING INDICATOR LIGHT and the HOLDING INDICATOR LIGHT will alternately illuminate
as each thermostat calls for heat. This process will continue until the cooking timer cycles or is
turned to the “
O F F ”
position.
