than the original time. If this change occurs to the time on the right of the colon, the time will
be larger than the original time. The following are the examples:

If the time on the left is 10:15, the time on the right is 20:30, and the sampling interval is 10
minutes:

The time on the left will be changed to 10:10 because the last two digits of the time is not
a multiple of 10 minutes. The time on the right will remain unchanged because the last two
digits of the time is a multiple of 10 minutes.

If the time on the left is 10:15, the time on the right is 20:30, and the sampling interval is 7
minutes:

The time on the left will be changed to 10:14 because the last two digits of the time is not
a multiple of 7 minutes. The time on the right will be changed to 20:35 because of the same
reason.

Description

The long-range subcommand is used to specify a monitoring term (time range) for collecting
monitoring data to be exported into files. Use this subcommand when you want to narrow the
export-target term within the stored data.
