5-4-2-6 Third Error Check
The third check is performed after you click Apply. Errors detected at this third check include the following:
• There is no difference between the current configuration definition and the configuration definition on the
imported spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is accepted, but no operation will be performed.
• You are trying to delete a LUN that is needed to process input/output (I/Os).
The errors caused by other factors are detected by the second check as the logical errors of the settings.
However, there could be a case where the current settings are changed even though you are on the Modify
mode. In this case, an error occurs at the third check.
5-4-2-7 Implementing the Changes
If no errors are found on the third error check, the settings in the spreadsheet are applied to the subsystem.
