Fold the neck of the balloon over and secure it firmly. Tie the string
high enough to ensure that the unwinder fits easily.

Leave the balloon waiting in the balloon-filling shed while you
prepare the radiosonde. Make sure the balloon does not touch
anything. Hold the balloon by the neck.
