12. Safety Warning
q Before connecting the mains supply to the unit, check that the supply voltage corresponds with the
voltage indicated on the power rating label on the unit.
q To avoid the risk of electric shock, the mains supply must be disconnected from the unit before the
cover is removed.
q This equipment must be earthed.
q The unit is protected with an internally mounted mains fuse. For continued protection against the risk
of fire, replace only with the same type and rating of fuse.
q This product is supplied with a moulded 13 Amp plug (fitted with a 5A mains fuse) for connection to a
standard UK mains socket outlet, or with a European style plug. The wires in the power cable are
coloured in accordance with the following code:
Green and Yellow Earth (E)
Blue Neutral (N)
Brown Live (L)
