Cancel Encode (Q)
The "Q" command can be used to cancel an encode request before the 30-second timeout.

*BCC is ignored in this command, even if enabled.
There is no response to the "Q" command if an encode operation is in process, but the LED will
change from yellow to green. If encode was not enabled, the "Q" command returns a NAK
message.
