SECTION 2. INSTALLATION
The hardware installation consists of plugging in the appropriate cables for the selected
configuration, setting the switches, and installing the required software.
READER CABLE PIN LISTS
Three different cable configurations are shown in Figure 2-1. The cables are hard wired to the
Readers. A 9-pin connector connects to an adapter cable that in turn connects to a terminal or
PC.
