Spraying Troubleshooting
Material spitting:
Material “spitting” will occur any time you introduce air
to the system, such as during refilling. When spitting
occurs, paint will spray in large globs instead of a fine
mist.
The following are some common causes of spitting.
a. An empty container.
RECOMMEnDaTIOn: Be sure to maintain
sufficient levels of spraying material in the
material container.
b. A suction tube that is not fully inserted into the
intake opening.
RECOMMEnDaTIOn: Firmly install the suction
tube into the intake opening.
c. Tipping the sprayer too far in one direction.
RECOMMEnDaTIOn: Keep your arm even and
steady when spraying. adjust the spray tip to
change spraying direction.
