Initial Setting : Display Menu Setting
Displaying the Date/Time (Date/Time)
 The Date/Time function works in Camera Mode/Player Mode/
M.Cam Mode/M.Player Mode. page 28
 The date and time are automatically recorded on a special data
area of the disc.
1. Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC] or [CARD].
2. Set the [Power] switch to [ (Camera)] or
[ (Player)].
3. Press the [MENU] button.
 The menu list will appear.
4. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<Display>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
5. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<Date/Time>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
6. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select the
display type of the Date/Time, then press the
[Joystick(OK)].
 Display type of the Date/Time: <Off>,
<Date>, <Time>, <Date&Time>.
7. To exit, press the [MENU] button.
Notes
 The Date/Time will read 12:00 AM JAN.01.2006 in the following
conditions.
- During playback of a blank section of a disc.
- If the disc was recorded before setting the Date/Time in the
DVD Camcorder.
- When the Lithium Battery becomes weak or dead.
 Before you use the Date/Time function, you must set the clock.

 La fecha y la hora se graban automáticamente en una zona
especial del disco.
1. Coloque el interruptor [Mode] en [DISC] o
[CARD].
2. Coloque el interruptor [Power] en [ (Camera)]
o [ (Player)].
3. Presione el botón [MENU].
 Aparece la lista del menú.
4. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia abajo
para seleccionar <Display> y presione el
botón [Joystick(OK)].
5. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia abajo
para seleccionar <Date/Time> y presione el
botón [Joystick(OK)].
6. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia abajo
para seleccionar el tipo de visualización de la
fecha/hora y presione el botón [Joystick(OK)].
 Tipo de visualización de la fecha y hora:
<Off>, <Date>, <Time>, <Date&Time>.
7. Para salir, presione el botón [MENU].
Notas
 Aparecerá 12:00 AM JAN.01.2006 en Date/Time en las siguientes
condiciones.
- Durante la reproducción de una parte del disco que no esté
grabada.
- Si el disco fue grabado antes de ajustar Date/Time en la
Videocámara con DVD.
- Cuando la batería de litio se debilita o se agota.
 Antes de utilizar la función Date/Time, debe ajustar el reloj.
