Setting the 16:9 Wide mode (16:9 Wide)
 The 16:9 Wide function works only in Camera Mode. page 28
 Select to record a picture to be played back on a 16:9 Wide TV.
 16:9 Wide is the default setting for models SC-DC564/DC565.
1. Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC].
2. Set the [Power] switch to [ (Camera)].
3. Press the [MENU] button.
 The menu list will appear.
4. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<Camera>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
5 Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
<16:9 Wide>, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
6. To activate the 16:9 Wide function, move the
[Joystick] up or down to select <On>, then
press the [Joystick(OK)].
 If you do not want to use the 16:9 Wide
function, set the <16:9 Wide> menu to
<Off>.
7. To exit, press the [MENU] button.
 The display mode is set to the selected
mode.
Notes
 The 16:9 Wide mode is not available while DIS, EASY.Q or Digital
Effect is in use. (SC-DC563 only)
 Once Color Nite is set, 16:9 Wide mode will be released.
(SC-DC563 only)
 Digital Zoom is not available in the 16:9 Wide mode.

 Se selecciona para grabar una imagen que se va a reproducir en
un TV panorámico 16:9.
 16:9 Wide es el ajuste predeterminado en los modelos SC-DC564/
DC565.
1. Coloque el interruptor [Mode] en [DISC].
2. Coloque el interruptor [Power] en
[ (Camera)].
3. Presione el botón [MENU].
 Aparece la lista del menú.
4. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia
abajo para seleccionar <Camera> y pulse el
botón [Joystick(OK)].
5 Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia
abajo para seleccionar <16:9 Wide>, y pulse
el botón [Joystick(OK)].
6. Para activar la función 16:9 Wide, mueva el
[Joystick] arriba o abajo para seleccionar
<On> y pulse el botón [Joystick(OK)].
 Si no quiere utilizar la función 16:9 Wide,
defina el menú <16:9 Wide> en <Off>.
7. Para salir, presione el botón [MENU].
 El modo de visualización se ajusta en el
modo seleccionado.
Notas
 El modo 16:9 Wide no está disponible mientras DIS, EASY.Q o
Digital Effect se encuentra en uso. (sólo SC-DC563)
 Una vez definido Color Nite, se liberará el modo 16:9 Wide.

 Digital Zoom no está disponible en el modo 16:9 Wide.
