Highlight a name from the Address Book Search list or enter the first few
letters of the name associated with the name card you would like add.
Press the Options soft key, Attach is highlighted, press the Select soft key
or the key to attach the file.
ⅷ Attach: allows you to add the selected image(s) to the Email message.
ⅷ Details: allows you to view the details of the Address Book entry.

Add V-Calendar: allows you to add events stored on your calendar.
To do so, highlight Add V-Calendar and press the Select soft key or the
key. Using the Left or Right Navigation key, select an Organizer heading
that contains the event.
Using the Up or Down Navigation key, highlight an event. Press the Options
soft key, Attach is highlighted, press the Select soft key or the key to
attach the event.
ⅷ Attach: allows you to add selected event to the Email message.
ⅷ View: allows you to view the content of the selected event.
8. After you have attached the file and would like to send, save, replace, view,
or delete the attachment, press the Options soft key. Choose from the
following options:
•
Send: sends the Email.
•
Attached File List: allows you to view attached files.
•
Add Name Card: allows you to add a name card from the Address Book.
•
Add V-Calendar: allows you to add events stored on your calendar.
•
Delete All Attachments: deletes attachments.
•
Save to Drafts: saves the Email to the Drafts folder.
9. Send is highlighted, press the Select soft key or the key to send the
Email.
10. Enter the recipients number.
If you want to send your Email to multiple recipients, press the Down
Navigation key after entering an Email Address and repeat this step as
needed.
11. If you would like to change recipients or enter a contact from the Address
Book, press the Options soft key. Choose from the following options:
•
Send: sends the Email to the specified recipient(s).
•
Address Book: allows you retrieve a contact from Names or Groups.
