Time: allows you to enter the current time using your keypad. Press any
numeric key to select AM or PM.

Date: allows you to enter the current date using your keypad.
•
Time Format: allows you to change the time format to 12 hours or 24
hours. Use the Left or Right Navigation key to select Time Format.

Date Format: allow you to change the date format. Use the Left or Right
Navigation key to select a Date Format.
•
Auto Update: allows you to receive time information from your service
provider’s network. Use the Left or Right Navigation key to set Auto
Update.
ⅷ On: the phone automatically updates the time and date according to the current
time zone.
ⅷ Off: you need to manually set the time and date according to the current time
zone.
ⅷ Confirm First: a pop up appears in the display asking you to confirm Auto
Update.
4. Press the Save soft key or the to save your Time & Date settings.
Note: Automatic updates of time and date does not change the time you have set for
alarm settings or calendar memos.
Profiles
A profile contains all the information associated with the volume settings and levels
of your phone. It is responsible for ringers, alarms, notifications, and system sounds.
There are five profiles that are included and have the ability to be edited to your
desired settings. The profiles are as follows:
Normal: this profile is the default setting that is selected when
you first power up the phone.
Meeting: this profile mutes the ringer. This profile is used for a
meeting environment or quiet settings.
Car: this profile raises the volume level to a medium tone.
Silent: this profile is set up to silence all ringers or notification
alerts associated with the phone.
