Regardless of the option selected for Image area in the shooting menu (0 63), all
movies and photographs recorded in movie live view (0 161) have an aspect ratio of
16 : 9. Selecting 1.3Ч (18Ч12), however, reduces the angle of view and increases the
apparent focal length of the lens. A c icon is displayed when 1.3Ч (18Ч12) is
selected.
