General Camera Setup
The Setup Menu
The following settings can be changed in the setup menu by
selecting the z tab.
Press the d button M z (setup) tab M k button

Welcome screen
Allows you to select whether or not a welcome screen is
displayed when the camera is turned on.

Time zone and date
Allows you to set the camera clock and select the home and
destination time zones.

Monitor settings
Allows you to adjust photo information display and monitor
brightness settings.

Print date Allows you to imprint the shooting date and time on images. E47
Electronic VR
Allows you to select the electronic vibration reduction setting
used when shooting still images.

Motion detection
Allows you to set whether or not the camera automatically increases
the shutter speed to reduce blurring caused by camera shake when
motion is detected when shooting still images.

AF assist (L26 only) Allows you to enable and disable the AF-assist illuminator. E51
Sound settings Allows you to adjust sound settings. E52
Auto off
Allows you to set the amount of time that passes before the
monitor turns off to save power.
