Frame the photograph.

Begin buffering photographs.

Holding the camera as shown on
page 8, compose the photograph
with your subject in the center of the
frame.

Press the shutter-release button half-
way to focus (

0 9). An icon will be dis-

p l a y e d a s t h e c a m e r a b e g i n s
recording images to the memory
buffer. The camera continuously
adjusts focus to account for changes
in the distance to the subject in the AF
area brackets while the shutter-
release button is pressed halfway.

Buffering

Buffering begins when the shutter-release button is pressed halfway
and ends after about 90 seconds or when the shutter-release button is
pressed all the way down.
