Check the number of exposures
remaining.

The top control panel shows the
number of photographs that can be
taken at current settings. When this
number reaches zero, the number of
exposures remaining, frame count, and
N icon will flash in the top control
panel and a flashing

g icon will

appear in the viewfinder. No further pictures can be taken
until you delete pictures or insert a new memory card. You
may be able to take additional pictures at lower image quality
or size settings.

A

Large-Capacity Memory Cards

When enough memory remains on the memory
card to record a thousand or more pictures at
current settings, the number of exposures
remaining will be shown in thousands, rounded
down to the nearest hundred (e.g., if there is
room for approximately 1,260 exposures, the
exposure count display will show 1.2 K).
